Discreet packaging and billing
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address and your card statement both read XR LLC, so nothing on the outside or on your bill identifies BoyZShop. P.O. Box addresses ship via the United States Postal Service. We cannot send express methods to P.O. Boxes. For international orders, we include a truthful but generic, non sexual contents description, for example rubber plug, leather bracelets, or jewelry.
Processing and transit times
Express orders placed before 1 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday excluding US holidays, are processed the same day. Orders after the cutoff process the next business day. Standard orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. We email an order confirmation once your order is processed.
US and Canada shipping rates
Eligible US domestic orders over $99.00 ship free. For orders under that threshold, rates are based on your order subtotal:

We ship by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and OnTrac, and may use a different carrier at our discretion. P.O. Box orders ship via USPS. Heavier items may carry additional shipping charges, shown at checkout.
International shipping and customs
We ship to every country in the world. International orders go via USPS, DHL, or FedEx, with fast and affordable rates starting at $14.95 based on weight and value. Standard international delivery generally takes 8 to 12 business days, and express 1 to 2 business days, unless customs causes a delay.
All import duties, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. Customs officials may open packages for inspection, and we cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, confiscated, or seized by customs. We do not issue refunds or credits for seized items that are not returned to us. For express shipping, brokerage fees are included, though duties and taxes are not. The shipping charge covers the first 5 harmonized codes per order; each line item beyond 5 adds a $3 fee collected at delivery.

Yes. Eligible US domestic orders over $99.00 ship free. Orders under that threshold use a flat rate based on order size, shown at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to every country in the world, with fast and affordable international rates starting at $14.95 based on weight and value. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, and we do not refund items seized by customs unless they are returned to us.
Is there a free gift with my order?
Yes. Every eligible order includes a free gift, added automatically with no code needed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
About 95% of orders ship the next business day. Standard ground delivery takes 2 to 5 business days in the continental US. Weekend orders, or orders with custom or temporarily out of stock items, may be slightly delayed. 2-Day, 3-Day, and Next Day options are available.
Are packages shipped discreetly?
Yes. Orders ship in plain brown boxes or carrier priority boxes. The shipping label and your card statement both read XR LLC. Nothing identifies BoyZShop or the contents.
BoyZShop sells these products as novelty items only and is not responsible for damage from use or misuse.
If you are a resident of the EU: a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to your order in addition to this policy. Intimate and hygiene items are excluded once their hygiene seal is removed. See our EU Right of Withdrawal page.
