XR, LLC d/b/a BoyZShop ("BoyZShop," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. 4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD). Some jurisdictions, including certain Canadian provinces, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5. 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. section 2256(2)(A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any product. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. For orders shipped to Canada, applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. BoyZShop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@boyzshop.com or 1-866-363-0676 so we can assist you in filing a claim.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes imposed by Canadian authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspection or processing.
9. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy. We encourage you to review our Return Policy, incorporated herein by reference, prior to completing any purchase. If you receive a product that is defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time of receipt so we may evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
For customers located in Canada, nothing in this arbitration clause limits any rights you may have under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract.
