Track Your Order

You can track your BoyZShop order in two ways, whether or not you have an account. Most tracking questions are answered here without needing to contact us.

If you have an account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open your most recent order from your order history.
  3. Your tracking number and link sit at the top of the order details.

If you checked out as a guest

We email a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of your order, sent from [email protected]. It contains a tracking link that goes straight to the carrier's tracking page. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Tracking not showing yet?

A brand new label can take up to 24 hours to register its first scan with the carrier. If it has been longer than that, contact us at [email protected] or 1-866-363-0676 with your order number and we will look into it.

Quietly packaged

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address and your card statement both read XR LLC, so nothing on the outside or on your bill identifies BoyZShop. See Shipping & Delivery for more.
