The fur lined low rise collar is a mere 1 1/4" wide and is lined in two layers of mink like fur. The 3/4" lockable leather reinforcing strap provides extra durability.Strict Leather Low Rise Locking Fur Collar specifications
The leather collar measures approximately 1 1/2" wide with the fur and will restrain the most unruly of slaves without causing undue harm or marking their necks.
