Shipping privacy

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address and your card statement both read XR LLC, so nothing on the outside or on your bill identifies BoyZShop. For more, see Shipping & Delivery.

What information we collect

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and similar identifiers when you visit our website, place an order, or contact us.

How we use your information

  • To communicate with you and send information about our company by email and other means

  • To analyze trends and statistics
  • To protect the security and integrity of our websites and business
  • To contact you when necessary

You can always choose not to receive communications from us. See the opt-out section below.

Do we share your information?

We do not sell or rent the information you provide. We do contract with service providers to help maintain our databases and communicate with interested customers, and we do not authorize them to make any other use of your information. We may disclose information in limited cases, such as a sale of all or part of our business to a purchaser that agrees to abide by this policy, or to comply with laws, a valid subpoena, or a government request, or to protect the rights of boyzshop.com or others. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third party.

You can ask us to update your personal information by contacting us. Email requests may take up to 10 days, and postal requests 6 to 8 weeks, or you can log into your account settings and update directly.

We only want to contact you if you want to hear from us. To stop promotional communications, contact Customer Care, and we will add your name to a do not contact file. Processing can take up to 10 days for email and 6 to 8 weeks for postal requests, and you can opt out of newsletters using the link in any promotional email.

Cookies

We make limited use of cookies. A cookie is a small data file a site stores on your device. We use cookies mainly to tell whether you have visited a page before so you do not have to see first-time visitor information again. We do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie.

Website analytics

We may partner with third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics, to use tracking technologies and remarketing through first-party and third-party cookies, to analyze how the site is used and improve it. By using the site you consent to this collection and use. We do not transfer personal information to these vendors. You can opt out through the vendor or the Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Tool. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may reset opt-out settings.

SMS and text message marketing

If you opt in to SMS marketing, we collect and store your mobile number and consent record, used solely to send the messages you consented to receive. We do not sell your mobile number. Consent records, including date, time, method, and the disclosure language presented at enrollment, are retained for at least 5 years to support compliance with the TCPA, applicable state laws, and CASL. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to 27634, emailing [email protected], or calling 1-866-363-0676. For full details see our SMS Terms of Service.

Tracking technology for SMS cart reminders

Some carriers require an explicit description of how tracking technology captures, stores, and transmits abandoned cart data for SMS cart reminders. We use automated tracking technologies, including browser cookies, session tokens, server-side event webhooks, and third-party platform plugins, to power our SMS cart reminder program across three stages.

Capture. When you add products to your cart, a first-party cookie or session token is stored on your device and linked to your cart contents, timestamps, and session. If you have opted in to SMS, our SMS platform provider associates your session with your subscriber profile. A server-side webhook fires when cart activity occurs and transmits cart data to our SMS platform provider. No cart tracking for SMS occurs unless you have expressly opted in.

Storage. Cart session data is stored in our SMS platform provider's encrypted, access-controlled environment and retained only as long as needed to evaluate whether a reminder should be sent. Your mobile number, consent record, opt-in timestamp and source, and the disclosure language shown at enrollment are stored separately and retained for at least 5 years per the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier codes. All data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging.

Transmission. Our SMS platform provider sends cart reminders to your opted-in number via a carrier-registered 10DLC or approved short code registered through The Campaign Registry, compliant with the T-Mobile Code of Conduct and CTIA guidelines. Messages contain a link back to your cart, and you complete any purchase yourself. Reminders are limited in frequency. Your number and cart data are transmitted only to our SMS platform provider for message routing, and are not shared, sold, or transferred to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or aggregators.

You can opt out of SMS cart reminders at any time by replying STOP to 27634, which ends the association between your session data and your SMS profile. Opting out does not affect browsing or purchasing. To opt out or request deletion of stored data, contact [email protected] or call 1-866-363-0676. In accordance with carrier requirements, including the T-Mobile Code of Conduct, your SMS opt-in data and consent status will not be shared with or sold to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

How we keep your information secure

We maintain physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect the security and privacy of your personal information.

Phishing

Phishing is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that appears to be from us asking for personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, username, credit card information, or other personal information by email.

California residents

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out, and a notice of the categories of personal information we collect. These disclosures are set out in full on our Notice at Collection (California) page.
