These steel ball weights add some heft to your ball stretching products or even your restraints. When used with a ball stretching product you can give more tub to the testicles to make them hang lower. If you attach them to restraints (via the O or D-rings) you can make your slave work hard to keep the restraints up and they have to deal with the extra weight.

There are three available sizes: Small (6oz), Medium (8oz) and Large (10oz).
