Just received this today and OMG!!! Have been wearing it this evening and the diminsions are right on... perfect! Only warning I would give is in the first 5 minutes...I thought I had "prepared" properly and the placement of this caused a better physiologic urge than any enema I have ever had...prepare yourself....after that....enjoy!
