Takes a while to get in, but is great thereafter. Feels heavy and I can piss or cum right through it for long wear. I hang some weights on it for extra pleasure. Not for a beginner.

Very cool design and looks nice when inserted. I had a little trouble getting it in but I have not done much sounding, so the sensation was a little weird at first but I like it now.
