Unwanted Item Returns
If you change your mind, you may return a non-defective item that is not a health risk within 30 days of the invoice date. Approved returns are issued store credit for the amount of the item. We do not offer cash refunds, so please order carefully.
What can be returned
For the safety and health of our customers, we cannot accept any item that constitutes a health risk or that comes into contact with bodily fluids, such as any dildo or vibrator, enema kit, sound set, mouth gag, chastity device, male masturbation device, gag and dildo combination, or anything inserted into the body or that breaks the skin. The full list is on Returns & Exchanges. To be accepted, an item must be:
- Not on our health and safety exclusion list.
- Unused and in original, resalable condition.
- 100 percent complete, with all original boxes, packing materials, UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories.
How to arrange your return
- Contact [email protected] or call 1-866-363-0676 to request an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number. Have your customer name, invoice number, serial number, and reason for return ready.
- Write the RMA number on the box. Returns are not accepted without an approved RMA number.
- Ship the item back. You are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the shipment and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery.
- Once we receive and process your return, we issue store credit for the amount of the item.

If you are a resident of the EU: you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to this policy. You may open and inspect an item, but intimate and hygiene items are excluded once their hygiene seal is removed. See our EU Right of Withdrawal page.
