I have owned one, the same one for 8 years and I still use it. I just clean it with some vinegar once in a while (the inside) to kill any bacteria that may form from moisture left inside the bulb. I take it everywhere when I travel. And as far as 'backwash" from a previous review, that happenes if you dont maintain pressure while squeezing the liquid out. Highly recomended enema although it dosnt say if this one comes with a rubber washer that seals the nozzle to the bulb, mine did but I dont see one on here

This is a great little toy for cleaning up after a little play. Fill it with warm water and you're ready to go again in no time flat.

It broke after 3 uses, and it has a backflow when your are using it. I wouldn't suggest this one.

quick, easy, and cheap. I wouldnt waste money on some of the higher end devices as this does the trick every time.
